Condensate Recovery Unit is a closed-type thermal energy recovery device designed for industrial steam systems. It collects, pressurizes and recycles high-temperature condensate and flash steam generated during production, realizing the reuse of condensate water and waste heat, significantly reducing boiler feed water and fuel consumption to achieve energy saving and cost reduction.
The unit integrates condensate collection, pressurized delivery, steam-water separation, blowdown filtration and automatic control. It features stable operation, good tightness without secondary flash steam leakage, and can adapt to working conditions with different pressures, temperatures and loads. It is highly automated and easy to install and maintain.
It is widely used in petrochemical, power, textile, paper-making, food, rubber, HVAC and other steam-consuming systems.
