Description

Greaseless Frac Slab Gate Valve extends grease injection maintenance intervals and reduces the

overall cost of use.It was designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A and NACE MR-0175 and can be widely used in the Fractured wellhead and manifold, etc.

Reduce grease costs

Smaller Body Cavity design reduces operating grease in the valve.Greatly increases the time interval between grease injections, reducing grease use by as much as 80%.Almost no sand will be found in the body cavity and Grease in the body cavity can be in “like new”condition.

True bi-directional seal valve

Wellhead or line pressure expands the seat assembly against the floating gate forming a true upstream seal.Zero pressure is transferred to the body cavity when in the fully open and fully closed positions.The valve is a through-conduit in the fully open position as both seals are engaged with the gate

Operating Advantages

The conversion between BSO and Hydraulic can be achieved without removing the bonnet.
